FRANTISÊK KUPKA
March 5, 2010Last weekend I saw picaso’s museum in Malaga and I saw other exhibition, Frantisêk Kupka’s exhibition.
This is a very good artist, he was a Czech painter and graphic artist considered one of the pioneers and co-founder of the early stages of abstract art and cubism Orphic. Kupka’s abstract works emerged from a basis of realism, but later evolved into pure abstract art.

WOMEN IN BLACK
February 18, 2010Hellow we are going to talk about women in black.
Women in black is a world-wide network of women committed to peace with justice and actively opposed to injustice, war, militarism and other forms of violence. An important focus is challenging the militarist polices of our own governments. We are not an organisation, but a means of communicating and a formula for action.
A vigil, as we use the term, generally means a nonviolent demonstration of one or more people in which we hold signs in a public location to express our political views.
Women in black, as we know it today, began in 1988, 20 years after Israel occupied the West Bank and Gaza, the Palestinian intifada began. In response Israeli Jewish women began to stand in weekly vigils in public places, usually at busy crossroads.
